Pavement at transition from sidewalk across the alley is badly damaged on both sides. This condition is major tripping hazard and will result in injury, especially in low light conditions. Please repair.

We have gone to the address provided at 440 2nd Ave., North as provided in this post but the sidewalk crossing the alley at this location is next to City Hall and we do not see the issue that you are reporting at this location in the front nor in the back.
