Description

Annual request:
Overgrown bush (in city's right of way?) blocking view of oncoming traffic at corner of Chester Rd and Grant Ave. Requires drivers from Grant to pull halfway onto Chester to see oncoming cars.
Grant is reopened after detour, so it's a BIG problem again.
A picture of this bush, address was probably submitted in previous years' requests; need for pruning happens every year by August or September.
