City of Sammamish assigned this issue to Lead Traffic Signal Technician

NE 25th has been recently added to the cities traffic software system. The waits may be longer on the side streets because the intersection now operates with the others on 228th to maintain traffic flow. While the signal will take longer at times to serve the side street, observed longest wait times have been around 90 seconds. I will observe over the next couple of weeks to see how things look.

I understand that but when there is no traffic on 228th, the wait time is still long. If there is traffic sensors there, it is not working properly This would become a bigger challenge as people will start avoiding the long wait by driving through nearby neighourhoods which then causes traffic problems that is not safe nor necessary

90 seconds is WAY too long. This wait time needs to be reduced. Rarely does the traffic backup on 228th because of cross traffic at 25th. This intersection is far north enough of Inglewood that is shouldn't be included in your traffic flow calculations. The ITS logic & overall system is significantly flawed, which has been agreed to by Jeff Elekes, Audrie Starsy, Linda Salhah. Adding intersections to it is the WRONG decision.
