Pepe the pitbull that belongs to Pablo Paxcajay at 720 Seneca Street is loose YET AGAIN and reeking havoc and destroying property. This dog has bit many people and Pablo does not care. Neither do the police, animal control, or code enforcement. Let this be a warning to anyone in the neighborhood. If you see this dog, you will get bit and no one in authority will care!
