Description
Resident has erected 3 flood lights (2 exterior, 1 interior directed outside) that are a nuisance. Per village code Article 3-4 "Exterior lighting, when used, shall enhance the building design and the adjoining landscape. Lighting standards and building fixtures shall be of a design and size compatible with the building and adjacent areas. Lighting shall be restrained in design, excessive brightness avoided, and lighting shall be so arranged as to reflect the light away from adjoining properties."
