I spent the mid day with these wonderful volunteers named Nancy and Anne who helped clean this up. They are part of the Montpelier trash tramps volunteer organization and were here to learn about Burlington’s graffiti removal efforts. They learned some graffiti removal techniques and they put that to good use on this issue.
