The final part of the building opened over last summer while the bowling alley opened in December 2010. That's a lot of people who could have moved before the 'booze and bowling' showed up. Bowled Over, please get your facts straight before you post comments like this. The OP references city laws, not your opinion of whether or not residents were fooled by the owners of the building.

Bowled Over is right, you seem to be the type who should be living in a house in the country, not an apartment in the city.

You get no sympathy from me as your type just complains all day every day.

I do find it suspect that people like Raykwon and Bowled Over would actually find this complaint in the first place unless they were specifically looking for it. This is a site for posting civic issues, so unless you were reporting an issue with this address, how would you have known to come here in the first place unless you were trying to intimidate us?

Again, this is a matter of city law, not your personal view of what appropriate noise levels should be at a given location. Your bullying tactics do not hold anyone's interests in mind but your own. Debate is a core feature of our government, yet you discredit yourselves when you try to silence opposition through negativity and falsehoods.

The OP clearly questions the need to move, which proves a willingness to accept that, while a violation of city law is most likely occurring, they consider that they may be in the minority in feeling this way. This forum is clearly seeking clarification of law enforcement at this location, and to see if others share the complaint. 10 votes so far seem to place the OP in a more important standing than you seem the believe.

Our Community Policing officer has been actively working with the property owner here, but it is difficult to cite patrons for violating the ordinances as we must catch them in the act to take action. We are scheduling another meeting between our officers, North Hills and the Sparians management to try to resolve this issue, but it is not an easy one to pin down permanently.
