Thank you for reporting this issue. The Code Enforcement Officer for this area will investigate. Please know parking in the grass is prohibited, however, the Code Officer has to observe the violation in order to address it. The surface where vehicles are parked must be free and clear of vegetation and at least half of the vehicle must be parked on an approved surface. If parking in the yard or general parking issues happen after 5:00pm on weekdays or any time on weekends, please call the CSPD non-emergency number at 979-764-3600 and an officer will be dispatched to investigate the issue. Parking Enforcement issued warnings for violations last evening.

The Code officer stated that the property owner has also been notified.

The Code Officer has stated the following: The property at 1627 have complied. The property at 1631 has not. We will be moving forward with enforcement action for 1631.
