Description

Arch turning on to Packard, from both directions:
No Left Turn (R3-2) signs should replace the existing Mandatory Movement signs (R3-7) for clarity, safety, and MUTCD compliance:

Section 2B.18 Movement Prohibition Signs (R3-1 through R3-4, R3-18, and R3-27)

Standard:
01 Except as provided in Paragraphs 11 and 13, where specific movements are prohibited, Movement Prohibition signs shall be installed.

The Mandatory Movement Lane Control (R3-7) is *NOT* listed as a Turn Prohibition sign, those are explicitly R3-1 through R3-4, R3-18, and R3-27
