Drinking in public in Bell Buoy Park. Tourists awaiting their water taxis blatantly drinking alcoholic beverages in the park. Please post clear signage here that drinking of alcoholic beverages in public is not permitted here, not anywhere in our fair city. Additionally enforce this ordinance to dissuade others from following suit when. they witness said behavior. Thank you.
