Q. Please describe the disrepair.
A. A large oak tree in the yard of the next door house on the south of my property is dying and large limbs are dropping off. This tree was damaged by a house fire on the next door house around May of 2017. (The owners of the property do not live there and we do not know how to reach them. This house is a business-type place where several people are cared for.) The tree has reached the point where any good strong wind will bring it down, and it will fall onto my house destroying much of the property. It is also a danger to life, as it will fall directly onto the main bedroom. Can the city contact the owner of that house at 9191 56th St in Pinellas Park to request they remove the tree before it falls on my house? My name is Dorothy K.
