Description

Our neighbor had the vacant City owned lot on Vermont Ave modified to use as a personal backyard. The lot was filled in with dirt and gravel in April 2019 and the elevated land has allowed excess water to accrue in our yard over time. The water has to be drained from the back corner of our yard in storms which has caused significant erosion to our grass and patio.
