No because EPD has been called multiple times since this post. The issue is that they play their music OUTSIDE, out in their back yard. Noone else is reporting them and this makes it hard. Ric Mar Street has been a nice, peaceful street up until a year ago. As stated, we all have children who needs to wake up in the morning to go to school. Some of us have older children who take rigorous classes, who stay up late to do their studies, and some of us adults do have to work and would like to get some sleep. City ordinance is put in place for a reason. It would be nice if someone can step in to rectify the situation.

Wow. I live in the area and it is annoying when people play music outside way too late or early honestly. I hope this problem gets fixed
