Description
This is a real disaster. Its a rowhome with three nonrunning vehicles crammed in the back yard. Its a hazard because if ever in the event of an emergency(fire, ambulance,etc.) No one would get to the house from the back if needed nor the neighboring homes if need be. Not to mention I believe its illegal in Md. to have untagged and unregistered vehicles even on private property.
