Description
There's water emanating from the ground, I think coming up between the crack between the sidewalk and lower part of the driveway, maybe a gallon a minute or so. It washes down the end of the driveway to a storm sewer. That lower part of the concrete driveway is visibly wet, so it should be easy to spot. I looked to see if it might be from a broken underground sprinkler, but didn't see one, and it seems unlikely given the location.

You've posted in the past that it was a sump pump that needed to be fixed.
This has been going on for over 6 months already. What are you waiting for, a sink hole?

I just looked up the owner of the apt. building (Wickfield Properties) and reported the issue to their maintenance dept. via email. Suggested it should be fixed before freezing weather sets in and it becomes an ice hazard...
