Description
John R from Hendrie to Kirby has had closed road barriers for 6+ months with large holes created and temporarily patched. These barriers are now knocked over or moved and people are driving on this road when it is "closed". When will this road be repaired and operational? Right now it is a large hazard as people are running stop signs and driving through holes in the temporary patching.
