A. The sidewalk next to the elevator at Oscar Grant Plaza at 14th & Broadway is extremely filthy and grimy. That entire part of the sidewalk at the corner of 14th & Broadway needs to be pressure washed or steam cleaned. Entire plaza needs a cleaning
