Description

After resurfacing the parking lots at Eberwhite last week, there is tar/petroleum runoff everywhere! Along the road into the storm drains all along Soule, and the same on Mt Vernon from the lot on that side. Likely it has gotten into the creek in Eberwhite Woods as well!
