Description

Heavy rains cause water backup at neighbors driveway bridge. Water level rises higher on the east side of the bridge because of restricted flow from small bridge culvert.

Q. Please describe the issue.
A. neighbors driveway bridge is west of my property. Causes stream bank to erode my property easement that I cannot legally modify. My Concrete slab is cracked and hollow underneath directly because of bank water erosion .Same with neighbors to the east of my property but they have 2 sides eroded, hollow concrete slab underneath and back door is hazardous to walk out because of eroded bank. This issue has been reported before without proper resolution.
