Description
This intersection was just repaired this week and it looks pathetic - basically patching the patches that were already there. They left a huge section of loose payment and this winter should take it’s toll on that. My 6 year grandson could probably have done better.
However, the 2nd pic shows a recent road repair on Harris St - just north of City Hall - and it was finished very nicely. If a great job can be done near City Hall, I would think the tax payers deserve a bit better job than was done at Tower and Lambkins.

I heard this was just a temporary fix and will be redone next year.
But I see they’re in the process of tearing up everything in fromt of City Hall and redoing that area.

I sent an email to Mayor Marl and got this response:
"I’ve heard back from our DPW Director –
He confirmed that the patching at Tower/Lambkins is a temporary solution, intended to buy a little time –
It is our plan to do a more significant repair to this section of road, likely during the 2022 construction season –“

I noticed they were able to add a pathway coming off Watson going to the paved trail that goes behind Brecon Park for the walkers, but cars and trucks have to drive over the poor road section at Tower and Lambkins.
Also, the new truck that picks up leaves must be broke - streets near that intersection hasn’t had leaf pickup in over a week.
