Description

Metal guardrail assembly protecting the beginning of the concrete K-rail on elevated westbound West Grand Ave was smashed in by a crash months ago but has never been repaired. There are dangerous exposed sharp and twisted fragments of metal remaining. Located about 150 feet west of Campbell Street. Note: I attempted to file a Caltrans CSR on this but the app did not indicate this as their jurisdiction.
