  This intersection has been discussed ad nauseam with the signal engineer in the past. If I recall correctly it is currently "functioning as designed" which means according to MUTCD everything checks out as correct, despite real world conditions for users being quite the opposite. I too would love to see multiple changes here, but last I heard DPW sees the current configuration as already optimized.

This will enable more efficient, more effective and more fiscally sound infrastructure management. There may be the occasional bug to work out, but rest assured that your issue is still in queue and assigned to the right City staffer. Once this initial round of automation is through in about a week, we'll revert back to our standard messages on SeeClickFix.
