PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STOP IGNORING
THIS TRASH AND CLEAN IT UP.

SHOW SOME ACCOUNTABILITY SINCE CALTRANS IS “IGNORING” THEIR STATE PROPERTY.

THIS ISSUE HAS NEVER BEEN RESOLVED AND HAS BEEN ALMOST A YEAR NOW.

MANY DRIVERS INCLUDING MYSELF HAVE COME INTO CONTACT WITH THIS TRASH AND HAVE SWERVED IN ORDER TO AVOID
AN ACCIDENT!!!!!
