Thank you for your A2 Fix It request, #398752. Your request is important to us and will be prioritized and addressed based on the overall availability of city resources. Please note: If the nature of your request is urgent, such as water emergencies, please check Report a Problem - A2 Fix It for phone numbers to contact us. A2 Fix It is for non-urgent, non-emergency issues and is monitored during weekday business hours only. Your patience is appreciated.
Please make sure that you leave your recycle cart out at the street curb so our driver will return on June 10 to empty it.
It is recommended that carts be pulled to the street curb the evening prior to your service day, since route drivers start residential route area beginning at 7 am. This is to help your cart from being missed.
Ensure that the cart is not hidden or blocked by a parked vehicle, or other obstacle (mailbox, signs, poles, guide wires, trees, fences, against buildings/garages doors, etc...) Driver needs 3 ft of space between cart and other obstacles to service. If you have street parking, make sure to set carts on both sides of driveway entrance apron, with carts facing towards street.
Please make sure that the materials in the cart are not packed tightly inside otherwise they will not empty into the truck.
Your request has been acknowledged and/or addressed to the best of staff's ability. A more detailed description of action taken by staff, if available, is provided in the comments above. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
