Description

It is not a pot hole, but a raised section on the left where a tree is uplifting the road. It keeps damaging my Smart Car and popping off other people's hub cap covers. As you can see in the picture it is close to that silver cylinder so use that as your marker. The tree most likely will need to be taken out and the roots grounded down.
