Description

There is a catch basin right off of Williams Road (it may be in the parking lot for Pub 122/Ultra Mart) that needs the rim completely fixed. The casting is about 12" below the pavement, and the bricks have all caved in. Any small child or animal could easily fall down and land in the sump.

Extremely dangerous and has been like this for quite some time.

Q. How deep is the pothole?
A. More than 6” deep
Q. Please provide more information about the location of the pothole (ex. closest intersection, nearest milestones, etc)
A. Williams Road/Pub 122 parking lot. The town has placed an orange cone over it many times, but it was never properly fixed. Very dangerous.
