This address continues to work on and park RV’s in the grass, as well as riding these non-street legal vehicles on the public streets in Woodland West, 5th Ave Estates, and Cresmont Village… The reason the driveway and front yard is full of non-running vehicles is because the backyard is stacked with motorcycles, 4-wheelers, and go-carts…

This is an unregulated mechanic shop, and these vehicles are being driving on public streets at all hours of the day and night… There are several other postings for this address from OTHER neighbors (not me) that highlighted this address as needing MC city services to step in and help with this rental property that’s not registered with MC as rental property….
