Description
The left turn traffic light at 16 & 43 (turning left from westbound 16th onto 43rd southbound) clearly operates on a sensor. FIVE TIMES I have been stuck behind vehicles stopped more than 3 feet from the stop line. Traffic has backed up behind them while they sit there apparently blissfully unaware that it is not the signal that is faulty. Please add adequate signage of where to stop for this signal in order to secure a left turn. Some good Samaritan had at one point put up a cardboard sign explaining this. Please put something official up. This situation is ridiculous.
