The landscaping in the backyard of this residence is over grown and intruding onto the city easement. While this normally would not be a problem, the banana or palm trees that are planted in or on the easement have grown into the electrical wires which is causing lights to flicker during our current afternoon storms. It has been reported to Duke Energy and was declared fixed by Duke Energy but the trees still remain entangled in the wires. Last year during Hurricane Irma trees extending into electrical power lines knocked off the power in this neighborhood for 7-days. It is requested that either the owner, the city, or the power company be notified to correct this hazard.

This issue has still not been addressed. Hurricane Michael passed by over the last two days and as you can see from the photograph the trees have grown even taller and the branches were hitting the wires. It is my understanding that the report was files under City CE Report No. 201802720 and would be addressed by the Community Compliance officer. Please notify him that nothing has yet been done.

The retention pond is grown over so badly that when the rainy season hits it will cause a backup of drainage water. It needs to be cleaned out before the rainy season hits. It is disgusting and has attracted a lot of rodents and snakes.

Un-maintained oak tree limbs keeps getting hit by large trucks and they break and either fall in the road or end up hanging like the one is currently and is so low it scraps across factory height SUV's as they drive under it. Tree is way over grown and very un-maintained.

There is a drastic difference in height between the driveway and the sidewalk. It is so severe that not only is it a tripping hazard but wheelchairs and walkers have a difficult time maneuvering across it.

Sorry not sure where this falls under. On 55th St., someone keeps driving in the grass and tearing it up completely. This is happening on weekends in the middle of the night. This is city land, but home owners are responsible for it. In some spots it over a foot deep because it gets very mushy from rain runoff.. What can do be done about this issue? I think it would be a good idea to put a sidewalk here since there is none on this road, and people are always walking down it.

One section of sidewalk is tipped so that there is a 3/4" drop on one side and it's 3/4" higher than the adjacent section on the other. It's getting to the point where it is difficult to transit with a wheelchair or walker.

One or two street light additions to the middle of this 81st Ave n road is desperately needed. At night it is unsafe to back out of the driveway. Lots of pedestrians and bicyclists come through this area and are nearly impossible to see at night.

The street light on the corner of 60th Street and 111th Place is out. It makes the stop sign on the corner very difficult to see and makes that area very dark.
