Today Feb 21th at 4 pm they finally came and I told them they missed my house and the neighbor. The guy on the back argued with me and said he did pick up. I ad to drag a full can of garbage back into the garage Tues and I know he did not pick it up. It is getting to the point they miss either one side or the other at least once a month.

They were throw so aggressively the the men managed to rip off a handle and the wheels. As these are paid for out of pocket I would like to know how we intend to resolve this issue.
