Noisy trash collection outside of former Taziki restaurant at 5am several times a week on Ponce De Leon Pl. Residential apartments are right above the collection, loud enough to wake. This same issue was helpfully resolved at the end of 2017 (thank you!) (https://en.seeclickfix.com/issues/3904979-code-violations), but the problem has started again. Appreciate any help!

The residents of 120 Candler Dr are routinely burning trash next to their home instead of putting it out for collection. This is creating noxious smoke that is entering homes on the street and is also causing a fire hazard.

This Toyota Corolla still parked here, going on 3 years or more.... Flat tire, windows so dirty it would not be considered drivable. A nuisance and an eye sore. What are the codes about long term (multi-year) storage of vehicles on city streets?

Around lunchtime, and other times of day, various people go and they steal electricity from the city by plugging in their cell phones. The available access needs to be removed. This should no longer available to those who know the outlet is there by the garage for the city maintenance. Typically the un-housed. They also leave behind their trash. (Not all do, but many do).

Most recently, someone defecated near the park bench by the tennis courts, for my dog to eat it. This has also happened at Sycamore Park. I am so tired of the flagrant human waste that we the residents have to tolerate due to increasing unhoused populations. The numbers are increasing as is the impact they are having on sanitation and safety.

Note: a resident of the Arlo apartment complex said an unhoused person slept in the garage on the 6th floor with a machete.

This is not good. We need more cameras. Less loitering. And facilities away from the businesses downtown to help these people. Tourism to Decatur is important and these impressions do not help the businesses nor the residents.

This is in front of Casa Balam at corner of Ponce and Commerce Are these planters allowed in the middle of a public sidewalk I realize the restaurant will have outdoor table service but these landscape features seem like an additional unnecessary obstruction . ?.

Tenants and owner of 328 W. College Avenue have not taken recycling or trash out to street for a month. This happens routinely. Trash left outside attracts rats. Please instruct tenants and owner to take recycling and trash to street every Thursday.

Not a code violation but I couldn’t find another option. The house was destroyed by a tree and is empty. There has been a nonstop loud beeping noise from the house all day. Can someone come by and figure out how to stop it?

The house has numerous wall of roof problems and has for several years. From the photo, you can see holes in the roof and the back wall collapsing. There is also a makeshift fence or wall made of junk and trash along the side of the property.

This Ford Focus with New Jersey plates has been abandoned on our dead end street for over 2 months when the neighbor moved away. He has made no attempt to have it moved nor has he been back to the vehicle since he moved away over 2 months ago. This car is taking up what very limited street parking we have on this dead end street. Thank you for your time.

Someone has illegally painted this curb to falsely give the impression it’s a no parking zone. Please contact the owner to remove paint.

Both emergency exits from Mckoy pool are bike chained closed. So if there was an emergency, there's only 1 exit, the main entrance. All occupied areas require at least 2 exits. As designed, the pool should have 3. It currently has only 1.
