I reported this broken pvc pipe months ago Why hasn’t this dangerous situation been fixed?

There is a crack in the wall in stairwell going up stairs by handrail, near door

This water fountain does not work. Please turn it on.

Please replace the trash container located on the corner of Sycamore and Commerce. Lots of people walk their dogs on Sycamore and there is no trash receptacle to deposit dog poop between Sycamore Park and the Rec Center. If the homeowner on that corner objected to the receptacle being close to their property, there's lots of room on the Northwest corner for a trash receptacle.

Light is buzzing loudly. May need replacement. No other lights make noise.

I could not add a photo for some reason. In front of 125 Hibernia we have a sink hole. Looks like it’s caused by the sewer which is DeKalb county but this is major as someone could trip or the hole could get bigger. We just noticed today.
