If the homeowner on that corner objected to the receptacle being close to their property, there's lots of room on the Northwest corner for a trash receptacle.

    When turning left from Oakview onto 5th Ave, there is a large shrub that totally blocks the view of the crosswalk. This is especially an issue during arrival and dismissal at FAVE, when there are people walking. You physically cannot be stopped behind the stop sign and see the crossing guard or people using the crosswalk. This is a huge safety issue and the shrub should be removed.
