Muddy discharge and debris from storm water pipe messing up Ferndale Drive

Dumpster and construction equipment in fire lane near D92 BBQ. Also, vehicles frequently parked in fire lane.

There is a chicken coop and live chickens and rooster(s) present at this address and less than 50 feet from a multi family dwelling. There is also a small algae filled pond as well.

Note: there is graffiti on other side of this dumpster too. Across from Kelly's market parking lotT

We have noticed the presence of a new loud noise in
Decatur. ,,,Just east of Sycamore and Church on the north side of Sycamore is a fenced area (perhaps 10' x 30') from which a loud continuous noise is being emittedl. It sounds somewhat like a large industrial fan. When walking by on the sidewalk in front of it, I get a sound level of approx 80 dB, well above noise ordinance limits.

Please advise .

The city has received multiple reports of unmoved, junk cars parked at the Feld and Leyden intersection. SeeClickFix shows records of these reports since October of 2021. Still, nothing has been done. It is unsafe for pedestrians trying to pass through the intersection, and since so many kids in Oakhurst walk to school through that intersection, I would expect the city to take immediate action, not wait two years to rectify the problem.

Townhouse are supposed to maintain swale but aren't. Clogged and overflowing into my yard and neighbors yard. Reported to city a few years ago and they got cited but never fixed it. Water is washing out my yard and plants

RV trailer parked for months in street. Blocks traffic and field of vision while driving around RV trailer.

There are almost always 6+ broken down or otherwise unsightly cars and trucks parked on the street at 304 Kings Hwy.

Noisy trash collection outside of former Taziki restaurant at 5am several times a week on Ponce De Leon Pl. Residential apartments are right above the collection, loud enough to wake. This same issue was helpfully resolved at the end of 2017 (thank you!) (https://en.seeclickfix.com/issues/3904979-code-violations), but the problem has started again. Appreciate any help!

Violation of Article III, Sections 54.56-54.57 on-going for years and it's getting worse.
