    A steel plate was placed on the road by Dekalb Watershed on May 6, 2022 and was never removed. It is causing extreme noise pollution and creating dangerous traffic situations as people try to avoid it and slam on their breaks or veer into oncoming traffic. The noise it creates is so loud that my daughter hasn't slept through the night in the 5 months it has been there. This is not a permanent solution -- the road repairs need to be made and this plate needs to be removed ASAP.

    This tree that is just before the intersection (to the right when heading east on N. Decatur Rd) and has old vines that reached around the communication lines. Now new vines and maybe branches are growing and wrapping around the lines. This would limit the visibility at this intersection that's already known for many accidents. It's bad for the lines too. Could you please trim the higher overgrown branches of the tree and remove the dead vines wrapped around the line?

    I live at 328 4th Ave. There is a huge amount of crush and run in front of my 85 year old neighbors house that is impeding his ability to get to his mailbox, car, and trash.

    He uses a cane and can very easily slip and fall. This is a completely unsafe situation that can be detrimental to his health and a lawsuit waiting to happen for the city.

    He has been a city of Decatur resident for 50+ years and deserves to be able to access his necessities without unnecessary hazards.

    Please have someone come and clear the crush and run as soon as possible.
