    Two in ground hornet/wasp (?) nests have been seen by me and nearby homeowners as well as the 2 man crew who mowed the green space today. The City crew man I spoke with this morning warned me of these nests, one of which I was already aware of. The 2 men weren’t willing to mow the areas around these 2 nests. Can the City provide a service to eradicate the nests?
    Kids, pets, and adults use this green space daily/frequently. Thank you.

    Outside light is not on sensor is 1650 lumens and stays on all night. It is an additional light to the one originally on the side for the carport.

    There are several pieces of rebar sticking about 5 inches out of the ground by the sidewalk. This could seriously injury a child that fell from a bike or scooter.

    The parking lot behind Green Ginger and the new restaurant is always a problem. Both businesses were using a hose to clean the parking lot and washing construction debris and grease into the storm drain. Also grease box shows obvious spills to the ground below.

    The security(?) lighting at 104 Hillcrest Ave produces an excessive glare which is visible from my rear deck, kitchen and bedroom from approximately 4:30 p.m. until approximately 8:30 a.m. It appears to exceed what is allowed by the zoning ordinances, as the glare is coming from one very bright light on the rear of the home, and enhanced by 2 additional lights on the sides of the home.

    There is a white van parked on Fairview street, which has been there for at least 6 months. The owner doesn't live on Fairview, yet resides at 212 Ridgeland Avenue. This van is an "extra" vehicle for the owner and has been parked there so long that scrub has been growing out from underneath. This vehicle is practically abandoned, and is not only very unsightly, but unsafe to have parked there. Perhaps it can be cited or towed away?

    As neighbors we sent a certified letter asking for the exterior light to be within code and the property owner placed blue painter's tape on it which does nothing. The bright light comes on at dusk and stays on through the night. It doesn't have a sensor, no timer.

    This house has visibly deteriorated over the past 3 years. The grass and weeds in the yard are at least a foot high. This building should be condemned and demolished!
