    this business is parking their junked cars in business next door 4405 S veterans which is not a dealership or junk yard. aside from the fence enclosure. the back of the ballroom is accumulating junked unmarked cars and suspected illegal activity occurs in and out of the actual place at all hours. when cross referencing the owners of these business they all seem to have a history of law concerns involving transport of people and the business itself changes name and service description often. the lot street view on leticia is so weedy and unkempt.

Visibly inoperable both meet the criteria of 'junked vehicles' as defined in Municipal Code Title IX Chapter 90 - Abandoned Motor Vehicles, Section 90.01.

    My residence is 315 San Felipe St., The overgrown area is located behind the residential fences and outside the fence of the City of Edinburg water tanks located off Trooper Moises Sanchez Blvd. The brush in this area needs to be mowed down and the tree growing along the utility pole needs to be cut down again. I'm not sure whose responsibility this area is. My plat shows my lot going only a couple of feet past my fence. Please advise if this is not under the City of Edinburg's jurisdiction. Thanks.
