The Drainage ditch runs up against a fence that collects the debris from the street. The debris causes overflow that starts an erosion ditch in my backyard. I’ve lost a significant amount of terrain from my backyard. This happens every rain. The previous case I made on here was corrected by clearing leaves. Unfortunately the ditch collects leaves and puts them back on the fence causing the overflow that cause erosion

The mud and debris collects after each heavy rain. We drive through this each time. Please send someone to clean the street and take the required step to slow down this issue. Thank you.

The side of my property facing Holder is capturing much more runoff from Hemlock/Holder than prior to the resurfacing of Holder/Hemlock. My lower yard catches so much water that it runs across my driveway and then down my sidewalks and into my backyard. My neighbor below me at the corner of Holder/Weatherly has a ditch feature...I do not. Something happened after the resurface that affected the drainage off Weatherly Mt. to my property. There is no other place for the water to go except to my yard as it goes downhill to Weatherly.

When this portion of Dallas was repaved months ago the contractor left behind a ton of gravel in the gutters. It is still there.

The attached photo shows the extent of the land and tree damage. The River Cove HOA requests grading of the damaged land and repair of the drainage ditch, removal of the damaged trees, and replacement of vegetation to prevent excessive erosion.

Common areas behind our house do not drain properly and is causing tall trees to weaken and die. Several trees are falling or leaning into other trees. We want this area cleaned up of standing water and debris of dead and leaning trees.

Gutter missing, stones washed away and existing hole is getting deeper. We had informed Huntsville Utilities about this issue previously when a gentleman with Huntsville City stated that they had finish their road repair and this portion was a Huntsville Utilities issue. I called them and they seemed unware of the needed repair. I later contacted them again and they stated that it is on the schedule for repair... but when? This hole needs a repair while its waiting for a repair! And, if you could give Huntsville Utilities a nudge towards fixing this, then we would appreciate it

Plant accumulation in the city large drainage gutter near this location a few feet from the Oakwood Avenue intersection is restricting drainage into the rain ditch
