    The Land Trust parking lot and the sharp curve. This trail crossing across this road has been here years. It is extremely dangerous to have a trail crossing at this location without any sort of warning signs. Trail crossing signs were put at the LandTrust Trail Crossing on Monte Sano Boulevard closer to Burritt Museum. The unmarked trail road crossing on Bankhead gets more trail traffic than the other crossing that the city already put signs at. Please protect our hikers and bikers by putting signs indicating there is a trail crossing at this sharp curve. It would also be great if there were also signs, indicating it was up ahead farther away from the curve to give warning ahead of time since it’s hidden from view until by the crossing. Best possible case would be to enable button activated solar warning lights for hikers and bikers to use like many municipalities use.

    Recent traffic count data shows an average of 1500 cars/day; however there was no no data provided on the average speed of traffic on Blevins Gap Road. For speed calming devices to be installed/remain, the criteria is 500 cars/day and an 85th percentile speed of 35 MPH or greater in both directions of travel. SInce both number of cars and speed criteria must be met, please provide, or collect, the data that shows average speed of traffic on Blevins Gap Road. If this speed criterion is not met, then speed cushions need to be removed.

    During the winter weather someone knocked down the stop sign and street signs at the corner of Haysland and Bellows Branch roads. The stop sign is lying on the ground, the street signs have disappeared and I assume were stolen.

    here are pictures of my neighbor's mailbox that was struck by a speeding car going the wrong way. This hill has visibility issues and I've reported several times. here are the photos of the most recent destruction caused by speeding on my street that has been addressed several times. thank you.

    Is it possible to get an electronic speed sign like the one on big cove or dug hill road. The high rate of speed cars drive on this residential stretch not only make it dangerous to get out of driveways but also is dangerous for walkers on the poorly maintained and so close to the road sidewalks. One quick look away by one of the many speeding motorists and it could easily be a dead pedestrian.

    Also, a great place for speed enforcement would be the driveway of the empty lot at 605 four mile post.
