    There is a lot of construction at this residence. The residence has been under construction for at least 7 years. Is it possible to have someone look at the legitimacy of the current project in the front yard for any city permits needed, rules / regulations for the city being followed?

    The last couple of days there has been a lot of construction/destruction on this property but there is no work permit posted. Construction roll-off dumpster parked in the yard so they expect to do a lot of work. Can someone please verify the workers have the necessary permits for this?

    Several of the neighbors have noted that the new construction has changed the location of the driveway from the front on Longwood to the side on Gallatin for a parking lot to the property of new construction of a Dentist office which is going to cause a traffic problem for cars pulling out onto Gallatin in a already congested area.also the sidewalk has been altered.
    The dribeway needs to stay in the front of the property to match the rest of the streets properties.

    The wind has moved them many times in the street. They were in the middle of Corp for a while and the wind moves them so I assume people keep tossing them to the side.

    This house burnt in 2019 but the owner has not bothered to rebuild and actually lives out of state. The owner is also listed on builders permit. Do the permits expire? Is there anything that can be done to get rid of this eye sore that has not been touched in years?

    Two issues with Sovereign Point development at the end of Piedmont: 1) There are nails and screws in the street. They are damaging our cars. 2) The port-o-potties are not being well maintained. The workers leave toilet paper rolls to blow around in the neighborhood. It is gross.

    At 8010 Tupelo Gum Trace, a swimming pool has been installed in the backyard. The pool is currently full of water but there is no fence around it (not even any kind of temporary fence). This is a hazard for the neighborhood. Obviously, kids should not be trespassing on someone else's property, but you never know what could happen. Please do the right thing and make them put some kind of fencing around it. Thank you so much.
