Ditch is 75% blocked by debris. This must be cleared to prevent flooding in the event of a major rain event.

The storm last night knocked down the trees in the photo that are a few feet from a storm drain. The area around the drain has not been maintained for years and these downed trees add to the problem. The trees need to be removed and the area needs to be put back on the maintenance schedule it had in the past to include cutting the grass and weed killer in the drainage ditch.

The drainage ditch that runs east/west behind Kentshire Circle and Whistler
feeds the creek that runs north/south along the walking path, has grown up and needs to be widened to allow better drainage into creek.

The shoulder was never graded after the road was widened for access to the Laurel apartments. We would like to see it properly graded and sodded so it can be maintained

Developer filled in land above drain pipe which added additional runoff through the drainage pipe. Now with short heavy rain drainage area with rocks is eroding. This is the sidewalk between Towne Creek Place and the Indian creek greenway.

The erosion control socks are not allowing any water through. The roadway, sidewalks, my yard, and my driveway end up under water every time we have a thunderstorm. I had to wade out to open up the drain so the water wouldn't continue to come up my driveway.
