I discovered my water meter was leaking after the contractors ran a line through my front yard.

This is a picture of the main electric feed from the pole to the house at 120 Bibb Road. It is running right through the middle of a very overgrown cherry laurel tree. If any of those limbs break it will take down the line.

This is a cemetery maintenance issue and Huntsville Connect Customer Service closed it without assigning to Cemetery Services.

Are cemetery maintenance issues no longer being handled on Huntsville Connect?

City had a water leak ON THEIR SIDE and had to come dig up meter and repair it. They left a BIG MESS, unable to cut the yard where they repaired. They need to fill in and smooth out that area. Leave it as they found it, NOT the HORRIBLE MESS that was left! Thank you

Currently the city of Huntsville is digging plummer road for a sewer main, they have a residential dead end street blocked, no way in or no way out. The road is very uneven and currently not safe

I am concerned with our hoa community pool. It has been under construction for a few months and I am concerned about the safety of emergency services accessing the pool if something were to happen. Is there a way to have someone come out to check on the safety issues or lack there of?
I would like my information below to remain anonymous for fear of backlash from neighbors in our hoa.

The HMCR line that crosses W. Holmes Street needs a roadway rework to match the height of the rails. Crossing the rails at this location is very jarring to motorists.

Lid no longer able to cover public water surround, broken concrete. Am told most others in neighborhood are cast iron.
