    Several of the speed bumps were removed over 1 year ago for water line replacement and they were never replaced.
    Right side if the street is now a speed lane with cars avoiding the soeed bumps on the left side.
    Supply trucks,18 wheelers,and cars are speeding down residental street causing a hazzard for resudents and danger for children on the street.
    This could be a set up for s lawsuit if someone gets hurt especially a child by a speeding car or vehicle.
    There is no police patrol in the medical district so noone to slow traffic down.

    The pipe installation connecting to the Research Station Community north entry is badly uneven bumps that extends onto Plummer Rd heading East. Plummer Rd are not on the city FY 24 road resurfacing project even so our community takes high pride in our entryways and roads to our community and hope to see complete repair as they were prior to the pipe installation and not patched.

    I am concerned with our hoa community pool. It has been under construction for a few months and I am concerned about the safety of emergency services accessing the pool if something were to happen. Is there a way to have someone come out to check on the safety issues or lack there of?

    Pole deteriorating by the day. Attached to weatherhead and lines up and down the street. When it comes down and causes damage we will not be responsible for fixing our property due to months of trying to get someone to fix this nd nobody will come take care of it. Not to mention kids on the street play and make it worse.

    There is a dead tree at the corner of Dailey Terrace and Jason Road, this tree has large dead branches over the sidewalk and street. Could Landscape Management cut off the dead branches that are over the sidewalk and street so that they do not fall into sidewalk, street or onto a passing vehicle? Tonight's storms were a reminder of how that can happen. Thanks!
