    1. End of Speake Road needs street sweeping to clean up debris and needs doing regularly.

    2. Grass, weeds, trees, and bushes on city property(left side of picture)needs to be cleaned up and chopped down.

    3. Behind the high grass and weeds is a broken chain link fence also. This was broken years ago by a police chase and was never repaired.

    4. End of Speake Road was never finished properly after being resurfaced. There is a sign left on the ground that was never installed. The asphalt does not go all the way to the end of the street. The signs were installed 2-3 feet from the end of the street. Also the asphalt was never finished properly around the signs. The asphalt was shoddily done and does not even go up to the installed signs. Instead it ends before the signs and goes around them in an ugly manner instead of being done properly.

Comcast came into our neighborhood and dug up multiple places in our easement and we’re supposed to replace the sod. It’s been several weeks, no sod and the boxes are still open with wires sticking out everywhere.

Our street was developed 50 years ago with one layer of asphalt. We had a massive leak under the culdesac for years (fixed with a patch last year). I believe that leak lead to the erosion of the drain and road in the photo attached. The hole that is on the right is 8 inches deep, which means when every garbage truck, UPS, FedEx, neighbor makes the turn, one of them will end up with a wheel in a sink hole at some point. With every street in our surrounding neighborhood receiving resurfacing, some even twice in the past few years, I would kindly ask the city to consider helping us as well. It would take less than 6 hours to complete. We have never had anything other than patchworking for our potholes and leaks so we as taxpayers who pay our share for roads would like to see at least a few of our dollars we have paid in for over 50 years be used to help our street. Please and thank you.

A steel guy wire on a utility pole next to the street on the west side, appears improperly anchored. It is bent around and tucked into another section and not anchored. Someone should inspect and correct the condition if necessary.

White Male at this address needs a visit from HPD. He has dangerously sped in and out of the neighborhood all day today and every day. He has no driver's license or insuranc. If we look at him, he revs the engine so loud it's painful. He's a known felon so I prefer not to get involved. He told us he isn't afraid of going back to priso. We are sick and tired of having to listen to his loud bike and watch his dangerous behavior. Calling HPD non emergency number has not helped. Please assign to a higher up at the department. They know who he his. d
