    Ditch needs to be cleaned out- when it rains debris is pushed down and then stops it is not flowing due to the grade. The ditch needs to be cleaned at least 3 to 4 times a year or concrete it. Concrete would eliminate having to clean out so often. The ditch is concrete down closer to Charlotte dr. This is a reoccurring situation.

    The erosion control socks are not allowing any water through. The roadway, sidewalks, my yard, and my driveway end up under water every time we have a thunderstorm. I had to wade out to open up the drain so the water wouldn't continue to come up my driveway.
