For this light the northbound direction the yellow is too short. It's too easy to look at the light and see it is green while approaching it. Then as you scan the road for stopped vehicles, pedestrians and anything else relevant to safe driving the light turns yellow. Then it turns red and you haven't stopped. Next thing you see is you are running a red light. I have heard of serious crashes here. Please lengthen the duration of the yellow light slightly to improve drivers' chances of seeing it and stopping. Thank you.

Since the completion of the south parkway overpasses, when turning right on the parkway off Weatherly you have to go through 2 more redlights before there's an opportunity to merge onto the parkway. These 2 lights are programmed that from a right turn off Weatherly, you are required to stop at both lights. Couldn't the timing of these lights be programmed in such a way that we can get through at least one of those lights without stopping just to gain access to the parkway?

The left arrow to turn from the NB Main Parkway onto Meadowbrook Dr is staying on for an extended amount of time (~ 1 minute). this is causing backups for SB Main Memorial Parkway to the Weatherly Rd overpass.

This happens during the morning commute between the hours of 7:00-9:00 AM, and again in the evening commute from 4:00-6:00 PM. It's almost as if the signal is not using detection only during these times. All other times it seems to be fine. Video is attached and the image shows the traffic backup the occurs.

North bound left lane red light out.

This light is not set very well. Secondary road traffic triggers the light and cycles it almost immediately. Irregardless of how recent it was cycled and how many cars are on the primary road, this light only serves to let secondary traffic flow.
There are tremendous jam ups caused due to this light and multiple fender benders.
Needs fixed

The speed monitor sign in front of 1219 Kingsway Road is not working. It does not light up. Also, traffic speeds down the hill. Please put in a speed bump!

Protected left turn from east bound University to Old Monrovia is extremely short, 1-3 seconds before turning yellow. Causing left turning traffic to build up into normal flow of traffic and causing safety hazard.

During the week beginning from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Heading from WB Meadowbrook to NB Parkway the signal only allows for 3-4 cars to go. Can this please get extended? Vehicles already have to sit for 5 minutes before they can go.

Additionally, it is intentional that the arrow for NB Parkway to WB Meadowbrook stays on for an extensive amount of time (about 2 minutes) regardless of vehicles present in the turn lane? This is causing extensive congestion for SB Parkway.

Broken guidewires in yard after car accident took them out. Please remove or repair.

Traffic turning left (south) onto Pulaski pike from Winchester westbound routinely fail to yield to opposing traffic (coming from NSS headquarters). They think they have a green arrow when in reality they need to yield to traffic going straight and turning right from the other direction.

The city of Boulder, Colorado has an intersection like this, and they solved this years ago by replacing the left signal with a flashing yellow instead of a green. It helps drivers realize they need to yield rather than play follow-the-leader into oncoming traffic.

Timing of traffic light is extremely short for traffic westbound on Stringfield Rd to Dan Tibbs, crossing Hwy 53. Only allows for one or two cars, often turning yellow before one car can clear the intersection.
