    3 lights on Clinton (2 south, 1 north) between Spragins and Jefferson. All 3 are visible from Russell Erskine. The light from the Clinton/Spragins intersection on the south side is pretty bright and maybe justifies not replacing the south side lights. But the one on the north I think is still fairly necessary for adequate lighting.

    The blinking lights at Hermitage & California blink non-stop even when there is no traffic coming through. It's been like this for a couple weeks.

    Between 60-70% of the street lights/parking lot lights are inoperable at the Providence School. Back in November, I reached out to Huntsville Utilities and they said it was a issue for the school; I reached out to the school principal and she said it was an issue for Huntsville Utilities. Meanwhile it represents a security and safety issue during hours of darkness. The City of Huntsville needs to take ownership here and address this issue.

    Huntsville Utilities street lights needs to acknowledge this issue. Huntsville Connect Customer Service assigned this issue to Huntsville Utilities Street lights months ago and it has still not been acknowledged even though comments have been left by constituents after it was assigned to Huntsville Utilities street lights.
