The representative named Nerissa mentioned that they are not providing the ETA to fix that and they mentioned that we are already on the list but it usually takes months to grant this kind of concern, they are prioritizing depending on the severity of the damage.

    The traffic light at Roosevelt N and 16th Street W needs the timing corrected. We have many patients who complain that they have to run the light because they sit for several cycles and it never turns green to allow them to U-turn. A U-turn is required to access our building (in Blue Heron Corporate Center) when coming from 9th Street.
