    Why does the city install landscaping only to not tend to it properly…clearly the salvia is suffering from lack of water and the dead grass clumps abound through the entire greenway…why are the loft and condo developers not held accountable for maintaining the landscape after they’ve received their tax breaks for building the units? Emeryville is going back to what it looked like in the 90s and it wasn’t a good look then!

    Lights for a basketball court in a new park under construction were turned on yesterday and remained on all night. The lights are VERY BRIGHT and right outside our apartments making it impossible to sleep Adjust them so they turn off at some reasonable time!!.,

    Park bench is still broken. Used to have a sign that the vendor would replace (long gone now). Someone tried to temporarily fix it with tape and packaging but that is deteriorated now. My dog jumped up and got her leg stuck in the hole, could have been really bad. If we are still waiting for replacement, can you come and make a temporary fix so let's can't get stuck in the hole? Dogs can't read or understand caution tape, fyi

    Kids park has no lights, but kids still want to play. Is completely dark. Dog park has light, can we get one for the kids too? Park is open until 9 pm but now in November is dark at 5. Thanks!

    The Christie Ave dog park is in terrible shape. Every time we come out here over the last few months we've had to close the safety gates and remove lots of trash and dog poop. Has the city abandoned maintaining it? The concrete has been bad for a while but it's getting especially egregious now.,

    On the greenway: Does the city have plans to replace the four missing strawberry trees and the three dead redbuds between 67th and 66th? And the juniper tree that was removed between 66th and 65th a few years ago?

    Constant, CONSTANT off-leash dogs in the park area and walkway/bike path. I have seen dogs lunge at pedestrians, they walk up to my front door (resident at the Emery), they've been loose on our property, etc.

    Months ago there were printed paper signs attached to construction signs and have seemingly disappeared. Since it is technically against code to have a dog off leash in any of these areas, I’m wondering when we can get some permanent signage.
