Every evening there are a few loud, yappy dogs who bark continuously for minutes at a time. I haven’t seen any signage at the dog park with etiquette suggestions; maybe if there’s a sign we can post, dog owners will remember that there are many neighbors whose properties overlook the dog park; the barking can be quite a nuisance. Thank you! -
6401 Shellmound St Apt 7110, Emeryville, California - EmeryvilleApt 7110 has a long haired chihuahua that is allowed to run unleashed from their home and patio into community areas. On multiple occasions the dog has snarled and attacked my leashed dogs and on one occasion snarled at a small child with the dog owners completely unaware as they let their dog terrorize neighbors unaccompanied. Tonight, the dog attacked my two leashed dogs and I screamed for the owner to come and retrieve her aggressive dog. I have previously complained to apt management but no apparent action was taken. The dog is aggressive and unattended to and will end up biting another dog or person. -
